Sinusitis that occurs periodically
Since 4,5 days , Have got a headache, pain and swelling around the nasal area, Runny nose, sneezing continously, no fever, no cough, phlegm is colorless. Not able to verify whether these issues are due to weather changes or allergies. Short term and long term remedies will be appreciated. Thank you.

Take plenty of fluids Soft diet Avoid cambonated beverages ,fast food and spicy oily food Steam inhalation may be with 1.Vicks/amrutanjan/tulsi leaves/2-3 dps of essential oils like eucalyptus oil,camphor etc 2.Karvol Plus / Sinarest / Nosikind inhalant capsule (camphor, chlorthymol, eucalyptol, menthol, terpineol)
