Sinusitis since two years
Dear sir/madam
i am suffering from frequent cold and heavy nose block since long. Bt I never consult doctor for the same as i take it easy. Recently the problem is raising and even not able to breathe properly at night time becaz of my nasal blocakge. Day time runny nose and more sneezes. Recently I consulted an ENT specialist and he advised me for CT scan and I went for that. Doctor told me that I have sinusitis after seen the report. Now i have been watching health related videos on youtube from last three months. In that I saw a video that it is a permanent cure for sinusitis in homeopathy. Now my question is to you that will homeopathy permanently cure my sinusitis ? The video is eswarappa homeopathy hospital, Hyderabad. I just want to know which is the best method to cure my sinus. Homeopathy, Allopathy or Ayurvedic. Pls tell me sir/ madam.

You have to take care of your health as thos is your responsibility. Take steam twice a day by inhalation, but put off airconditioner at that time for 15 minutes. Do gargles of sali e warm water in morning and in night. You will ferl much relief. Avoid strong smells like scents, deo etc. Also do not consume chilled drinks and eatables. Do not smoke.
