Suddenly i developed a dominant pungent smell in my nose,it cause headache and irritation .i have cold and cough with stuffy nose too,due to heavy rain in Bangalore i caught cold.

1. Tab cheston cold twice in a day for 3 days.
2. Gargle with warm salt water.
3. Steam inhalation.
4. Tab Azithromycin 500 mg one's in a day for 3 days.
Drink plenty of water to keep your self hydrated.
