I am 37 weeks now and after scan my Single deepest pocket is 4.5× 4.5×4.5×8.6 and amniotic fluid index is 22...do I have Polyhydramnios...and even if there are any fetal birth defects...will it be visible in ultrasound...I mean markers

Yes this is borderline raised amniotic fluid The birth defects should have already been evaluated during the anomaly scan done between 18 to 20 weeks The other reason for raised amniotic fluid could be deranged sugar You should get your sugar levels checked
