LOW AFI in 37 weeks
Dear docs I have done usg yesterday . I have completed 37 weeks today. Finding are according to ultrasound ga is 34 weeks 4 days. Two loops of cord arround neck. Weight is 2501 gm FL is 37 weeks AC BPD are 33 weeks 3days. AFI is suudnly down to 2.6 cm  from 1st jan ultrasound it showd adequate So please suggest kb tk delivery krni hogi. Mein chahti hu ki km se km 10 12 din wait kr saku. But doctor forces to do within 3 days. Any ways to increase fluid please,tell Can i wait for 10 15:days . My ETD is 23 feb Placenta maturity grade 3 fhr is 145

Your amniotic fluid is very less and also Sligjt IUGR is there . IUGR plus two loops baby will not tolerate normal delivery. 37 weeks , baby is mature. You should go for delivery urgently. Short trial followed by LSCS.

cord around the neck is not an isssue but low amniotic fluid level is very low. Needs support . contact directly for more details and discussion on this
