Side bone of knee paining badly
I am not able to walk properly ,climb stairs, because of my bad knees. I think the joints of knees are paining from inside. It has been paining from so long but I have been ignoring it. It is even getting difficult to get into standing position from sitting position as I have to put full pressure on my left leg as I am unable to use my right leg . I request you to advise for the same.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day

Hi, consult orthopaedic doctor. You probably got anterior knee pain due to patellar maltracking. You need VMO exercises. Opinion given by Dr Sivaraman B , thoraipakkam, OMR, Chennai

For this u need to see a orthopedician.. Apply ice packs and do not over stress as it may increase the symptom or may damage the area
