Shoulder/Upper Back Pain

Asked for Female, 13 Years

A few days ago while at the store I had this bad pain start in my upper back close to my shoulder, I got home took ibuprofen and used a heating pad. This morning I was woken up around 3 with the pain but worse, I got back to sleepbut woke up with the pain and took ibuprofen then. Finally it started up again this evening, the worse it has been yet.
