I feel pain in my shoulder joint when i raise my arm. I am only 24. And I do exercises. I am unable to do workout and very much worried about this problem

you should visit physiotherapist to check your shoulder , it can be only stretch, it can be ligament sprain, so physio will check and plan the treatment.

Hai , at this younger age ur having a problem in shoulder just have a ice pack fermentation and keep relaxing ur shoulder for a while avoid doing sternous activity
