There is need of complete assessment ,for diagnosis of what structures are involved or what is the cause,it might be a periarthritis shoulder. Don't worry go for hot formentation and do shoulder exercises after proper diagnosis and consulting your nearby physiotherapist.

Hot water fermentation twice a day will be helpfull to relieve pain, due to bed rest and most of the time spent one sided may have affevted the shoulder. At home exercises for shoulder mobilisation will improve muscle strength. For proper diagnosis contact in person with any nearest physiotherapist or orthopaedic doc.

Post THR have you had rehabilitation. If the hip movements are reduced and you were using crutches or walker it could put pressure into your shoulder. So the hip needs to move reasonably. With the shoulder it might need an assessment and treatment based on the structures involved. Everything in the human body is connected to some extend. Therefore see that you are not limping with walking
