Shoulder pain or uneaven shoulder
I am feeling heavines specially on right side of body. Right shoulder neck & arm is paining and my right shoulder is feeling a little downward in comparison of left one. And right side lower rib also felt alittle upper, Also some type of contraction or stiffness feels on right side upper back may be behind the liver and pain also goes downward to right leg. In lying position sometime I also feel pain while breathing And when I bend forward lower spinal bone make alittle clicky noise. And also Gastritis. Please suggest. Ultrasound report is normal. Here I am also enclosing pic of shoulders
