I have shoulder pain from more than a year now, it pains only when when i do over head action like throwing a ball or playing badminton. The pain is severe when I do that action. Otherwise no pain. My doctor suggested an MRI for SLAP lession. I did the MRI yesterday and everything came normal in MRI. What is it causing so much pain, Is it possible that a SLAP tear go unnoticed in an MRI or is difficult to detect. Please help me
