If you are too bothered by it and can't wait or if the pain is too much and you can't focus on your routine activities, then get yourself examined by a registered orthopaedic Surgeon. If it's not such a big issue. Then you can wait and watch. Just avoid heavy lifting of weights and avoid lifting your arm above your head, in tasks like combing, reaching for objects above etc. Usually these things subside on their own. If they don't, we can examine and also perform scans to check for abnormalities.
Next Steps
wait and watch. avoid heavy weight lifting and overhead activity
Health Tips
if there has been an injury or of pain is too much then get examined by an orthopaedic surgeon
