Please suggest what to do for frozen shoulder. I am not able to raise my shoulder also very painful in activity

Are you diabetic please check if you are diabetic controll ur sugar as it’s mor common in diabetic people then take ultra rt tab twice a day for 5days and also tab tendoease for ten days if pain persists get Physio done
