Shoulder pain
I have persistent pain in both shoulders and neck, headache and many a times find difficult to concentrate on things. I am told it's cervical spondylosis. It started immediately after I went thru a kidney stone removal procedure at R G Urology in 2013. Pain sometimes subsides when I do shoulder exercise but many a times it remains even if I am exercising on regular basis. What is this issue and how to get rid of any in muscles of shoulder and neck?
