Shoulder pain
I have pain in my shoulder right side since about a year. Attaching my MRI reports. Pls can any ortho doctor comment and help

From your complaint and MRI report , it seems that supraspinatus tendonitis is concerning you with pain. And this will not go until you give absolute rest to your shoulder. Kindly use arm pouch or USI to immobilize shoulder for 12-15 days. Use anti inflammatory gel and hot compression.
Next Steps
Do dumble side raise exercise. Shrugs
Health Tips
Do not lift weight. Sports for two months

Hello Practo User, As per your MRI report, there's no cause for concern. Your shoulder needs to be rested till the inflammation heals. Avoid lifting weights. Don't do overhead activities. Don't hang your arm down for a long time. It should be alright in a month's time,if you follow precautions well. Regards.
