Shoulder pain
I am 32 years now and weight is 93kgs I am having pain on both my shoulders for more than 5 yeats. After examining it, it has been found there is a tear in the shoulder .... now I feel the pain is increasing and spreading across the shoulders and elbow joints as well.....  Many times I feel numbness in my hands too ... please can you tell me the remediation for it ...

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is  any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for neck and shoulders. --.(Take help of a physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. You need to see good arthroscopy surgeon to get evaluated for complaints in detail. Might need arthroscopic surgery for left shoulder.

Partial supra spinatus tear could be managed by activity modification,  medication, good physiotherapy.  Since your joint looks swollen now , take rest for a week before commencing physiotherapy. If non operative treatment fails then you can opt for surgery in about 6 months
