With reference to the attached reports - I can conclude it's not a serious condition.
It would be better to opine about the treatment and prognosis after physical examination of your neck and shoulder is done
Health Tips

Hello!
The shoulder pain could be typically due to 1)the neck pain radiating to the shoulder or 2) problem in the shoulder
Here the mri of the shoulder reveals two problems 1- in the muscles and 2- in the cup of shoulder
MRI of the neck reveals disc problem

You have to be clinically checked with a doctor. From the mri there are two things to be done
If the injury is recent
1- taking absolute rest with armpouch 2-some medications
3-After the pain subsides or as soon as it allows require Physiotherapy
Chronic condition- require immediate Physiotherapy along with pain medication if required
For the neck - Physiotherapy
Health Tips
Do some regular exercise of the shoulder and neck
Avoid doing activity which increased pain or puts strain
Avoid using thick pillows -instead use a rolled bed sheet
Do hot and cold application for five mins each for 5mins each for 30 seconds
In my opinion your shoulder joint MRI findings are more serious than cervical spine. These are mainly due to repeated exertion at shoulder like sports or heavy weight lifting. SO first of all give rest to your shoulder, hot fomentation three times a day, local application of Volitra QPS ointment.
For Cervical spine posture correction and hot fomentation.
Next Steps
Consult Orthopaedician with complete history and other old investigation.
Health Tips
Avoid heavy weight lifting and avoid using bulky pillow.
Disc bulges at neck and lower back can be treated with posture correction , physiotherapy, medication
Shoulder lesions are not severe. Can be treated with rest , physiotherapy
