Shoulder pain
Hi, my mother have a shoulder along with hand pain . She feel this from last 2 months i visit some doctors but nothing better. Mostly pain in night . In this situation i can't take her to hospital. Hospital's too risky this time .. pls suggest what i do for better relief

Cervical disc / neck problem
Or shoulder problem like a frozen shoulder

Just do physiotherapy and shoulder exercises.
Hot water bags
Take paracetamol for pain.
Most of shoulder pains so get better with just physio, patients don't do exercises and pain worsens, just be patient as it may take few months to go
