Its been 2 years my shoulders pain and jerks a lot when i move from certain angle like somrthinh is colliding with each other mri says supraspinatus tendinosis and minimal subacrominal - subdeltoid bursitis in left shoulder and supraspinatus tendionisis in right shoulder what can be done? mri report is of may this year.

1. Avoid overhead activity for 2 weeks
2. Appy ice pack on your shoulder
3. Do passive range of motion exercises in your pain free zone, so that shoulder does not get stiff
4. Do scapular stabilisation exercises
