What are the remedies to shoulder joint dislocation problem? Physiotherapy helps? If yes, how long should it be done?

Oh Yes you're right, Physiotherapy helps. Dislocation usually happens with weaker muscles of rotator cuff. Strenghthening Rotator cuff properly would decrease the chances of dislocation. It would take around 2-4 months for regaining strength in muscles & most of the time these exercise once learnt properly can be done at home only. Good luck !

Hello physiotherapy will provide a temporary solution but if you undergo surgery it will give good results consult orthopedician for further evaluation and treatment.
