Shoulder join pain at specific angle
I am suffering from this injury since last 4months at least. I am able to rotate my left hand at every angle, but it pains at specific position. I am worried because it may link to heart blockages.

If you are worried about heart disease you can go for 2d echo and ECG by any good cardiologist. If nothing is positive than don't worry and get yourself checked by good physio you may have suprasipnatus injury or Impingement syndrome. In physio they may give you some ultrasound and exs.
