if it is acute then you can wait for 3 weeks and immobilize the shoulder. After 3 weeks get it examined by an orthopaedician and MRI may be required if pain and restricted movement in shoulder persists

If its dislocation shoulder, you need to immobilise it through shoulder immobilizer for 3 weeks and then start gradual exercises
