I have pain in left upper back. Also in left hand and neck. I tried so many medicine but all in vain. So please suggest me what I should do?

It might be due to cervical disc bulge! Ur having radiating pain. U have to consult orthopaedic/ neurologist. Might need an MRI. Cervical spondylitis is remote possibility.

Sir, It can be due to cervical spondylosis which is a common condition of cervical now a days X-ray should be get done
