Shoulder and wrist pain. Of pregnancy!

Hi, I am having severe left shoulder pain radiating down, and even severe left wrist pain radiating down to fingers, more precisely covering whole wrist joint Anteriorly and posteriorly. Even cant move wrists n fingers at all. Alongside left shoulder is hurting keeping in neutral position and doing internal rotation too... I have history of such pains since a long time. The pain is not restricted to only shoulder or wrist, any joint get strucked like this in the past. Yesterday the pain, tenderness and even restricted motion was in right shoulder too with same pattern. Have consulted ortho and neyro too n have undergone NCV and other blood tests too, but all were negative. Currently I m in 2nd trimester of pregnancy.. Have tried cold pack too, but haven't got any relief. Can anyone suggest some treatment that is safe for me during this hour of pregnancy
