Information is less Pain without trauma need more information Lifestyle Job Travel etc Better to meet me with complete details Meanwhile Do hot fomentation Avoid heavy work

What does your job involve? If it's sitting for longer periods then first and foremost you will have to adapt better ergonomics Do provide more details
