Shoulder and Neck Pain
Dear Docters, I was having right shoulder and back pain for few months. I went to docter and he asked me for MRI SCAN a week back. Below was result: 1) Mild Posterior disc bulge at C4/5, C5/6, C6/7 level indenting subarachnoid space, no significant nerve root or cord compression. 2) Loss of cervical lordosis seen. REMAINING ALL WERE NORMAL. Medicine - Toltop -p, maxnuron-lc, pre-mnt, coelone, But still can't feel any relief. Please suggest... Thanks

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no  pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water/ Gel pac . Doesn't look like your neck is causing the trouble for you..The mri is not suggesting any nerve compression..You need to be examined clinically by an orthopedic surgeon for clinical diagnosis and then treatment..
