Shoulder and back pain
I have shoulder and back pain mainly on account of bad body posture. How to correct my body posture. Does Posture corrector belts help ? Which are the good posture corrector belts ? Other methods of correcting posture, excerices etc.

1- to get rid of pain please meet a meet a physiotherapist nearby who can release your latismus dorsi muscle which is one the reason of your shoulder and back pain 2- correct your posture in your work place 3- strengthen your back core muscle than your front core

The best way is doing exercises for your lower & upper back. These belts help to give you feedback when you go in wrong posture but otherwise of limited use. To start with, do 10 suryanamaskar.

Wearing any brace, belt wont help in correction of posture! Consult a physiotherapist he/she will give you advice on how your posture should be! And there are few postural stretches which are for correcting posture So consult physiotherapist as soon as possible!

Any passive device be it a posture corrective belts or anything else would not be a effective means to correct postural alignment in long term. Consult with a physiotherapist for proper ergonomics advices and corrective exercises.
