Should we go for IUI
Hello, me and my husband starting trying to conceive naturally(for about six months) which didn't work. I'm 37& He's 39 now. When we did the tests and my results came back normal (with amh 2.4). He is diagnosed with Astenoteratozoospermia. With attached results. I'm confused where IUI will with for us, if so what are chances of conception. or should go for IVF. Kindly advise

Considering age of both of you and semen report , it's better to go for IVF .
If AMH normal and at least one tube open , can try for 2_3 cycles of IUI .

Did you get checked if your tubes are patent. You may go for IUI but considering your age I'd suggest IVF

Before decision for IUI, one side open tube and a AMH check is important. But considering your husband’s parameters alone and both of your age, you definitely have to opt for fertility treatments.
