Your TSH is normal because you took thyroxine. If you stop it your levels will go up again. TPO antibodies appear to be elevated, usually above 30 is considered high. But the normal reference range for TPO varies from lab to lab, therefore please attach a copy of your reports. Whether you need to stop or continue thyroxine will depend on your symptoms and plans for pregnancy
