I have tsh and TPO antibody problem
I'm in my 1st trimester and I took my thyroid test which I diagnosed with   tsh 12.70 on 18 aug 2021 I'm asked to take thyronorm 50 mcg to prevent birth defects. Now again I am prescribed to take my tsh and TPO antibody test as a result it is shown my tsh is 5.86 and TPO in 1045 .  Do my baby will get any defects . Or do I need to take a tablet for whole life long . Any postpartum problems . How to overcome
