Do i have hashimotis thyroid
My TSH was 6.62 and Prolactin 123 after taking treatment with Thyroxine 25mcg and cabergoline 0.5mg for two months my current reports are TSH 2.46, Anti TPO Antibodies 58 and Prolactin 0.50 do i have hashimotos? Will i meed thyroxine lifelong? Will i able to get pregnant naturally?

Anti TPO Antibodies < 60 is normal so u don’t have thyroditis. Usually thyroid treatment is long term. Yes absolutely u will b a key to conceive provided if your thyroid report is normal.
