Do i have automimmune thyroid problem
2 months back my TSH was 6.62 and Prolactin was 123. I took thyroxine 25mcg every morning and cabergoline 0.5mg once every week for two months. My new reports are TSH 2.46, Anti TPO antibodies 58 and Prolactin 0.50 Do i have hashimotos? Do i need thyroxine for lifelong? Will i be able to get pregnant in future without complications and have a healthy baby?
