Should I deworm preventively?
I'm 26 years old and often get takeout food or cook my own food. I try and take precautions. Is it recommended for adults to deworm preventively? I read about Albendazole recently. Is it something we should take to prevent worms and parasites from thriving in our bodies? Especially because we live in India and can often not know the conditions of where we order food from.

Yes absolutely , For maintaining proper hygiene, the shop should clean the peel of the vegetable thoroughly & taking care of each and every piece of vegetables. In india maximum of the vegetable peeler are manual & washing procedure too. The worms can infect our intestine via food & water. If you take RO water regularly chance of anaerobic bacteria infection will be less. Regarding medication it's better to have as per your medical conditions or as per your other medications history to avoid Drug interactions. You have to take proper Macros & Vitamin support through foods & vegetable only, because no any suppliments are perfect enough for specific need of anybody. You should sleep atleast for 7hours without disturbance, if insomniac, a qualified Dietitian can manage the issue with food only. As per your timings it's our dury to create some space of required amenities.
