Asked for Male, 62 Years

Problem - Throat heavyness and shortness of breat sometimes. Points for help - Undergone a SDH surgery last month on 7th 15th to 22nd deep sleep in ICU and than improvement shown 26th discharged and shown a great improvement, Walking , eating properly with weakness in body. History of depression and enxiety 2 years back. BP-normal sometimes high when in panic Lungs report - normal(hrct) Echo 2d - normal SpO2 - 98prcnt Ammonia - normal Sodium - 131 Kidney and liver function test nothing major Please help me understand if any issue.

Your past Medical History is very encouraging. In spite of so many serious problems and multiple surgeries, still having reasonably good health and excellent vital parameters is nothing short of a miracle . I suggest you should consult your Surgeon who did SDH Surgery for you and follow his advice. I wonder if a single Doctor on Tele-consultation will be able to give you any better advice, considering that during Tele-consultation we don't have the privilege of doing a physical examination of the patient.
