Cervical pain and shortness of breath
I have pain in back of neck and head. Seems like dizziness and intense pain.. also pains when resting head I have been suffering from shortness of breath ( sans foolna) on some days. Need to take deep breath sometimes. Had b12 deficiency. Taking meds for that. Hb is 12 Weigh is 67 height 169

I agree with my colleague. Avoid postures that aggravate your neck pain. Tab Dolo 650 mg SOS may be taken. Once pain becomes manageable, isometric neck exercises and proper neck posture would help. If symptoms persist/get worse/new symptoms arise, do take a consult.
