Shortness of breath and insomnia!
So, I am having disturbed sleep. (My sleep breaks once at 3/4AM for sure then I go back to sleep again).(since 2-3 months, in India too) But still entire day, eyes fee heavy. I guess insomnia. I tracked my sleep from watch, and i got atleast 7 hours of sleep. Even though eye fatigue (not body). Also, I observed, at night my nose gets clogged and during morning many times i get shortness of breath. Is this sleep apnea? I don't snore, nor do I get any issues at night. It's only at morning. I am at the Uk, unable to get an appointment with the GP because of the crowd :/. Please help me. Is it because of the cold and dry weather? Should I get an humidifier for my room? I had done all the blood tests in India during early march(before i moved here), everything was normal. I recently checked bp and sugar, they were normal as well. Is this asthma? I am scared. Please help me. I workout daily in gym and walk for 20-30mintues as well. I dnt eat junk also. Pls help me. Thanks.

Hi dear yes this could be due to weather changes . What u can do is maintain the temperature inside ur room and where u work so that there would be less temperature fluctuations. You can keep nasoclear drops with u and put it when u feel the nose ia clogged . For other queries kindly consult Take care
