I used to face shortness of breath when I was lying down earlier .. I was feeling something is stuck at back of my throat or air is trapped. When I burped or yawn i used to feel better .. Now I am feeling acidity symptoms like heartburn sometimes, stomach pain and sometimes feel like liquid comes back in my throat (khatti Dakar) . I have consulted lung specialist for shortness of breath they says it's not related to Lung. Family physician consulted and said it's gastritis. I am worried now because I am not getting proper answer and still feel these symptoms. I am worried am I suffering from stomach cancer ?

First of all I would advice you to stop thinking to such extremes. Cancer is not something which one should think of unless everything has been ruled put and treated. This is a very common problem and can be treated very easily. Please feel free to consult for management of the same as I require some history to prescribe you some medications.
