Shortness in breathing since 5 years
I am facing Shortness in breathing since 5 years. all test are totally ok i.e. PFT,ECG,CT THORAX+CHEST CONTRAST, 2D ECHO,X-RAY, ETC All tests are done twice in 2017&2019. consulted many pulmnologists and cardiologist but no diagnosis and breathing shortness is becoming worse. before it was only during night but now suffering in day also even sleep medications are not working nowadays.....in starting doctors said it is may due to tension or weakness  but i exercise and do yoga, pranayma daily..it becomes worse in night sometimes can't sleep whole night even after sleep meditation(stalopam plus)...i am only 21 years old now what should I do now.
