Short tempered
I'm very short tempered and recently I'm loosing patience very quickly. Also I'm reacting much on people's lie. People around me are telling me that I'm mentally sick. At this condition what should I do? Do I really have a problem? Shall I really need a counselling? Please suggest me and help me out of this condition.

Hi... Frequent anger outbursts and lack of patience is quite common in young adults. But you need to figure out if it has gone beyond your regular level. If there is anything in your present psychosocial environment that is troubling you or something that recently occurred or if you are anticipating something negative. It explains a lot about your change is temper and patience. You can start taking Counselling/Psychotherapy and figure that out together with your Therapist. There is no particular level only after which one is supposed to seek counselling. We can reach out to a therapist/psychologist for our day-to-day concerns as well. It is completely your choice.
