Short height
I m 19 year old and my height is 5" and weight is 46 kg ..is there any way I can increase my height even by 2 inches either through gyming or anything else

Thanks for your query. u can v some protien based foods mainly animal sources. soya,milk, cheese, paneer are good. do some hanging & stretching,ring exercises. yoga are good here. If there is genetically then no way but still chances are there till 21. cycling skipping regularly also help ful.
