Ivf pregnancy/ single / cervical length by vaginal scan 2.3cm at 32 weeks. Taking progesterone tablets & injection .. what precaution to be taken ? Worried about preterm delivery ? Baby weight 1.7 kg Pl advice

Its borderly low but still preterm chance is there

Bed rest. Ask your doctor to give inj for lung maturity of baby. Be mentally prepared. Have enough fluids. Continue meds.  There is risk of pre term delivery  but apart from rest and progesterone nothing much can be done.
