Short breath
From last one week I am observing that when I to on bed for sleep and lye flat on bed I feel short breath and chest pressure, when I sleep in side I didn't feel anything else , what should I do

Please sleep on the side. Normally this kind of problem is faced by pregnant women but it can be felt by men if they have a huge tumour in the abdomen. Please also consult a General Physician in your area because you will not be able to describe your abdomen and chest and tele-consultation Doctors depend heavily on what you say.
