Shooting pain in muscles / back
I have a shooting pain going from my left upper back, over my left shoulder and also on my left breast bone when I heavily breath in, bend down or suck my belly in. The first time I felt this feeling was after I got up after laying down. Could this be a stretched muscle?

This might be a muscle pull around your chest region or could  be due to involvement of any joint in the chest region
