Shooting pain from the waist to the legs
My mother has been suffering from acute pain in the lower half of her body from the past few days. Initially it was so bad, that she showed signs of fever whenever the pain arose. And whenever the pain subsided, her body temp would go down to normal. She had paracetamol 650 in those initial 3- 4 days and felt better. But now without medication the pain is unbearable for her, though she no more shows signs of fever. Ice packs provide no relief, but heat wraps do. Also the pain rises at nights. Please help.
P.S- She hasn't undergone any recent injury.

Please get her screened for any secondary malignancy spread
When was she diagnosed with breast cancer
