Shoe bite infection
Hi Doctor, I have got a shoe bite last week and have been walking in knee deep water to reach my office probably due to which the wound is not healed and caused pus since yday with pain and unable to walk normally..I have applied ointment and turmeric as well. Pls suggest. Attaching photo of the wound.

It is not shoebite. It is an infected wound which developed due to prolonged and recurrent soaking of the feet due to rain water.
You should consult a General Surgeon in your area for wound debridement and dressing. You will need dressing every third day and also keep the foot dry.

You should not have applied turmeric their , get it dressed well, and start antibiotics..
