Hi Mr.Ramesh,if the headache is mild with no other other complaint , you can take Tab. Dynapar twice a day,the gap between two doses should be at least 12 hour. In case there is a fever then we can start with Tab Crocin 625 mg thrice a day. Do you have any history of Migraine?
