Shin injury
I need to know more about Shin injury because I don't know where I got hurt but the back of my leg keeps hurting, I had to skip work because of that, but there is no visible mark or swelling where it hurts, please reply ASAP I need help

Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Hold this for the 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Shin injuries are common if you have started walking or jogging recently It is due to sudden overuse of muscles which pull on to bone to which they are attached Need to go slow when you start exercising and have to do warmup stretching If it's in calf it may be due dehydration which is common in summer Also you need to check your vitamin D levels deficiencies of which can cause stress fractures just below shin Consult a Orthopedic Surgeon

Have plenty of fluids like coconut water,fresh fruit juice or lime water along with regular water
