Check the temperature, if more than 100.3°F , give PARACETAMOL 650 mg orally. Give plenty of oral fluids, ORS, diarrheal diet. Give Tab RABIUM 20MG orally stat and once daily before breakfast. Give Tab ZOFER 8MG orally stat and SOS for vomiting. Observe urine output. If any tongue coating, along with relative bradycardia, may be suggestive of enteric infection.
Next Steps
If fever spikes persist, need to do blood test (Complete Blood Count, CRP) , Urine for Routine Examination and Culture Sensitivity.

What is the temperature range? How often is the fever coming? How old is your baby? Increase her water intake. Sponge whenever fever rises. Avoid top milk and juices for now
