Plz get urself properly evaluated. There could be issues like 3rd molar infection causing it to spread to ur TMJ. And there could be other dental or TMJ problems. Feel free to consult Laser Smile Care Centre. God bless u.
Dear madam.
With the symptoms u mentioned my assumption is u have muscle contractions named "myofacial pain dysfunction syndrome".
Try to take muscle relaxants with hot fermentation of the affected muscles followed by stretching exercises of ur jaw muscle.

From what you say, there is surely an issue with your TMJ I would suggest you see a dentist soon,he would advise you appropriate treatment after specific investigations.
Hello...TMJ disorder can be treated primarily by medication, night guard.,if still it is not relieved surgical intervention is required.kindly visit oral and maxillofacial surgeon for further details and evaluation.
Hi
Please get yourself checked with a nearby dentist at the earliest .You need to get an Opg and new type of scan called CBCT if you can afford .This helps in better diagnosis .There are treatment options like splints to minimise the damage to your tmj .First your teeth needs to be assessed for any high points ...or if you have any habits like teeth grinding this can also affect the
joints....so you need a thorough examination to find the problem...xrays also help. All the best.
Probably you are referring to TMJ pain.... few xrays like OPG and TMJ view will be required along with the proper clinical examination to diagnose exact problem...... the right treatment can be advised after that..... please consult your dentist soon..... Regards.....
