She needs good clinical evaluation.
Till then, give her steam inhalation, 2 to 3 times regularly.
Give her honey as sweetener in place of sugar, citrus fruits, tea with tulsi and ginger.
Your daughter’s cough, cold, and blocked nose have lasted 1 year – this is not normal.
Most likely causes are:
• Allergies (dust, pollen, etc.)
• Chronic sinus problem
• Enlarged adenoids
• Or too much use of strong nasal drops (which can make nose more blocked over time)
We need to find the real cause instead of just using drops every day.
Next Steps
1. Please visit a children’s doctor (pediatrician) or ENT doctor (ear, nose, throat specialist) soon.
2. Stop using regular medicated nasal drops (if they are the strong kind) – they can make things worse.
3. The doctor may suggest:
• Allergy test
• Safe nose spray (steroid type)
• Better way to clean nose
• Sometimes a small camera check or X-ray
Health Tips
• Use only plain saline nasal drops/spray many times a day (very safe)
• Put a cool-mist humidifier in her bedroom at night
• Give her plenty of water to drink
• Raise her head a little with extra pillow when sleeping
• Clean bed sheets weekly, vacuum often, keep room free from dust/smoke
• Write down when it gets worse (morning? night? after playing outside?) – this helps the doctor

I can guide you step by step.
Hope she feels better very soon!
chronic nasal blockage with cough, which is most commonly due to allergic rhinitis, enlarged adenoids, or chronic sinus congestion in children. Long-term daily use of nasal drops (especially decongestant drops) can actually worsen blockage over time.consult for further management and evaluation.
Consult an ENT specialist for nasal examination,
You can try steam inhalation with vicks three times a day.
Prolonged use of nasal drops could be harmful.
Try giving her fruits and supplements for boosting her immunity.
During sleep put her head end raised using extra pillows to avoid breathing problems.
